Do we need to download an app?

No. Everything runs in the phone's web browser — just scan the code and play.

Is it safe for kids to use?

Yes. Kids joining as players never need an account, and there's no chat or ads. Phones only ever connect to people already in the same room.

Do we need the internet?

Everyone needs to be on the same WiFi. Once you're paired, gameplay runs directly between devices over that WiFi — the internet isn't part of the path.

How many players can join?

It depends on the game — most support 2 to 4 players, with more on the way.

What devices work?

Any laptop, TV, or projector with a browser as the "big screen," and any modern smartphone as a controller.

Is it free?

Joining a party is always free. Hosting runs on credits — the host signs up and activates a credit for 24 hours of play. See the pricing page for the credit packs.
